We at DIY-HOME.ONLINE work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

The Return process - Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at DIY-HOME.ONLINE by following the below steps.
Log in to the 'My Account' section at DIY-HOME.ONLINE
Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.
Need to return – Few points to remember
Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to DIY-HOME.ONLINE. In this case, an amount of 70 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a storecredit. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
How do you return?
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed 70 towards your shipping costs as a store credit which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
A store credit of the refund value in your DIY-HOME.ONLINE account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Credit Code under the ‘store credit’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at DIY-HOME.ONLINE
